Why plant shops stock it

Variegated Rhaphidophora foraminifera is very rarely offered. Because this is a single living plant, it may have grown since the photos were taken; we send updated photos on request.

Care is the same as for the green form: high humidity and no direct sun. See also Rhaphidophora foraminifera and Rhaphidophora puberula variegated.

Ordering for your shop

  • Wholesale price: 25% below the catalog price when you order 20 Rhaphidophora foraminifera Variegated, or 100 plants in total with at least 4 of each species.
  • Mixed orders: combine it with other Rhaphidophora species and anything else in the wholesale catalog.
  • Lead time: export documents take 7–14 business days. Delivery then takes 2–3 days to Singapore and about a week to the United States or Europe by DHL Express.

  • Payment: Wise or bank transfer after we confirm availability.
  • Arrival guarantee: plants that arrive dead are replaced once, shipped with your next order. Report within 48 hours with an unboxing video and photos.

How we pack it

Plants are cleaned, treated against pests at the quarantine office and packed bare-root in sphagnum moss, or in tissue for countries that do not accept moss, inside ventilated boxes.

Care after arrival

  • Potting: pot it within a day of arrival in a light, well-draining aroid mix and keep it slightly moist, not wet, for the first two weeks.
  • Light: bright, indirect light keeps the variegation.
  • Water: water when the top 2–3 cm of the mix is dry. Soggy soil causes root rot.
  • Humidity and warmth: 60% humidity or more and temperatures above 18 °C (65 °F).
  • Support: a moss pole or plank for climbing.
  • Pets: like most aroids, the sap contains calcium oxalate and irritates pets if chewed. Keep it out of reach of cats and dogs.
