Labijo supplies fresh rhizomes, ground spices and dried herbs from Indonesian farmers to food businesses, herbal brands and importers. Orders start at 5 kg in total, mixed across products, with the export documents included.

What we supply
Four product groups from farmers across Indonesia. You can mix them in one order to reach the 5 kg minimum.
Fresh rhizomes
Galangal, aromatic ginger (Kaempferia galanga), Kaempferia rotunda, mango ginger and fresh black ginger, harvested to order and shipped whole. Not available for the United States at the moment.
Fresh black ginger
Powders
Herbs and spices dried and finely ground, such as galangal powder, for food production, spice blends and repacking.
Dried leaves and slices
Dried leaves and slices, such as soursop leaves, for teas, blends and herbal products, dried and packed to keep colour and aroma.

Email the products, form (fresh, powder or dried), kilograms per item and your destination country. WhatsApp is fine for questions.

We confirm availability and send a quote with product prices, shipping and documents.

Pay
Wise or bank wire transfer. Preparation starts when payment arrives.

Export documents
We prepare the phytosanitary certificate and export documents with the quarantine office.

Ship and track
DHL Express or air cargo. You receive the tracking number and copies of all documents.
Shipping and import rules
Every shipment includes a phytosanitary certificate and the export documents. Import rules for fresh and dried plant products differ by country, so check what your country requires, or ask us before you pay.
United States: dried products and powders can be shipped to the US. Fresh rhizomes, including ginger, galangal and black ginger, cannot be shipped to the United States at the moment. Shipping is quoted per order by weight and destination. 5 kg is the most economical starting point; for larger volumes we can arrange air cargo. See also import permits by country.
Questions buyers ask
How do I place an order?
Email your list to [email protected] with the products, kilograms and destination country. We reply with a quotation. WhatsApp is fine for quick questions, but please confirm the final order by email so everything is in writing.
What is the minimum order?
5 kg in total, and you can mix products: for example 2 kg of galangal and 3 kg of galangal powder. Smaller orders are possible, but shipping is charged as for 5 kg, so 5 kg is the better value.
Can I get samples?
Yes, for business buyers. Samples are charged at the product price plus shipping.
How much does shipping cost?
It depends on weight and destination, so we quote it with every order. 5 kg is the most economical starting point by DHL Express; larger volumes can go by air cargo.
Do you ship to the United States?
Dried products and powders, yes. Fresh rhizomes, no: they cannot be shipped to the US at the moment. This page may not reflect the latest rules, so for up-to-date information message us on WhatsApp or email [email protected].
How do I pay?
Wise or bank wire transfer. We send the payment details with your invoice.
What if I need something that is not listed?
Ask us. We work with farmers across Indonesia and can usually source herbs, spices and rhizomes that grow here.
What if there is a problem with my order?
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with photos of the goods and the packaging, and we will work out a solution with you.
