Where do you ship

We ship to plants worldwide. But we don’t have any responsibility if package held by customs. Make sure you know import regulation in your country. We will provide standard export document if you don’t giving us make special request to meet your country import regulation. Sometimes, some country need special request

How can I pay my orders?

We only accept payment via Paypal. You can pay with paypal balance or using credit card (Visa / Mastercard).

How can I change my order?

If you need to make a change to your order please contact us as soon as possible. We process orders quickly but will do our best to meet your request

What are the shipping rates?

We ship using DHL Express and EMS (for some country).
– USD 80 for EU (about 3kg volume that suitable up to 5 plants depends on plants size)
– USD 70 for US (about 3kg volume that suitable up to 5 plants depends on plants size)
For orders of more than 5 plants or large size plants, we must recalculate the shipping cost and notify you by email.
Please keep in mind that shipping rates and options may vary during holiday seasons and in bad weather. DHL will deliver packages around the world in 6-10 days on a typical day.

When is my order shipped?

We ship within a week of the order being placed. We need to process export permits and phytosanitary certificates to meet the legal requirement of exporting plants from Indonesia. Usually it needs about 7 – 14 working days (Monday to Friday). No extra charges for legal and permit document.

If your customs regulations require it, you must ensure that you have an import permit before importing plants from another country. We are not responsible if your package is held by customs because you refused to provide customs requirements.

You will receive tracking information once each package has been shipped. 😉

What is your replacement policy?

We want you to have the best possible experience while working with us.

In the rare case that a plant arrives dead on arrival, We will try to send a replacement. We do not offer refunds.

What I need to do after receiving the plants?

You have to make a video unpacking. This is to make it easier for you to claim a warranty if the plant arrives in bad condition. With video documentation evidence, we can send replacement plants.

In general, you need to clean the roots and cut the dead or broken leaf, then put it into moist soil to recover. Read about how to recover plants after shipping.
