Why plant shops stock it
Its pale, ghostly stems make it a striking accent among green succulents and a strong seller for modern interiors.

How we pack it
Plants are cleaned, treated against pests at the quarantine office and packed bare-root in sphagnum moss, or in tissue for countries that do not accept moss, inside ventilated boxes.
Care after arrival
- Light: bright light; acclimatise it gradually to direct sun.
- Soil: gritty, very free-draining cactus mix.
- Water: let the soil dry completely between waterings.
- Handling: wear gloves when handling the spiny stems.
