• Lead time: export documents take 7–14 business days. Delivery then takes 2–3 days to Singapore and about a week to the United States or Europe by DHL Express.

How we pack it

Plants are cleaned, treated against pests at the quarantine office and packed bare-root in sphagnum moss, or in tissue for countries that do not accept moss, inside ventilated boxes.

• Light: plenty of diffused light; no direct sun.
• Water: keep it evenly moist but not wet; avoid hard, cold water.
• Humidity: high humidity: a pebble tray or humidifier helps.
• Warmth: warm and steady temperatures.
