Colourful caladiums brighten shady spots and sell well as seasonal pot plants. See also Caladium Snow White.

How we pack it
Plants are cleaned, treated against pests at the quarantine office and packed bare-root in sphagnum moss, or in tissue for countries that do not accept moss, inside ventilated boxes.
Care after arrival
- Potting: pot it within a day of arrival in a light, well-draining aroid mix and keep it slightly moist, not wet, for the first two weeks.
- Light: bright, indirect light.
- Water: keep it evenly moist while growing.
- Rest: caladiums go dormant in cool months; keep the tuber dry and warm until spring.
- Pets: like most aroids, the sap contains calcium oxalate and irritates pets if chewed. Keep it out of reach of cats and dogs.
