Why plant shops stock it
Orange Stardust has pink to orange leaves speckled with green. Colourful Aglaonema tolerate lower light than most tropical plants, which makes them a steady seller. See our full Aglaonema range.

How we pack it
Plants are cleaned, treated against pests at the quarantine office and packed bare-root in sphagnum moss, or in tissue for countries that do not accept moss, inside ventilated boxes.
Care after arrival
- Potting: pot it within a day of arrival in a light, well-draining aroid mix and keep it slightly moist, not wet, for the first two weeks.
- Light: medium to bright, indirect light keeps the colour strong.
- Water: water when the top 2–3 cm of the mix is dry. Soggy soil causes root rot.
- Humidity and warmth: 60% humidity or more and temperatures above 18 °C (65 °F).
- Pets: like most aroids, the sap contains calcium oxalate and irritates pets if chewed. Keep it out of reach of cats and dogs.
