Wholesale terms

• Minimum order: 20 plants of one species, or 100 plants in total with at least 4 per species. You can mix Hoya with any other plants in the catalog.
• Price: 25% below the catalog prices shown above once your order meets the minimum. Smaller orders are quoted at catalog price.
• Payment: Wise or bank wire transfer, after we confirm availability.
• Replacement: plants that arrive dead are replaced once, shipped with your next order, when reported within 48 hours with an unboxing video and photos.

Documents and shipping

Every order ships bare-root with an export permit and phytosanitary certificate from the Indonesian quarantine office. Export documents take 7–14 business days; delivery then takes 2–3 days to Singapore and about a week to the United States or Europe by DHL Express, or 1–3 days port to port by air cargo for larger volumes.
