We ship the plants since March to the world. In October 2020, some of them shipped back to us (especially EU countries). We did the shipping procedure as usual (export document and phytosanitary certificate) but it was still back to us.
Long story short, we think it is because of the import permit. Some importer country makes a new rule that every importer required to get their plant.
Here is the listed country that we can’t ship without an import permit (as October 12, 2020):
- United Kingdom
Some countries that don’t need import permits (as of October 12, 2020):
- Puerto Rico
- United States of America (if you order less than 12 plants. If more, import permit required)
If you want to order from us, please check on your country’s regulations. We don’t take any responsibility if your package is held by custom. We guarantee all dead plants and heavy damage with no chance to survive with replacement. We don’t guarantee minor damage like yellow or dead leaves. You can check into the customs department in your country about how to processing import permits.
All the information will be updated regularly.
