We ship the plants since July March to the world. In October 2020, some of them shipped back to us (especially EU country). We did the shipping procedure as usual (export document and phytosanitary certificate) but it still back to us.
Long story short, we think its is because of import permit. Some importer country makes a new rule that every importer required to get their plant.
Here is the list country that we can’t ship without an import permit (as October 12, 2020):
- Austria
- Canada
- Ireland
- Scotland
- Spain
- Switzerland
- United Kingdom
- Germany
Some countries that don’t need import permit (as October 12, 2020):
- Belgium
- Denmark
- Finland
- France
- Norway
- Hungary
- Lithuania
- Malaysia
- Puerto Rico
- Singapore
- Sweden
- United States of America (if you order less than 12 plants. If more, import permit required)
If you want to order from us, please check on your country’s regulations. We don’t take any responsibility if your package is held by custom.
