Replacement / Refund

Usually we have replacement and or refund policy. But if you are using BLACKFRIDAY21 coupon, we don’t take any responsibility when the plants die during shipping. We do safe packaging that you can read here. We will update video about how we packing your order safely ASAP. No complain for DOA, hold by customs or missing package.

What Is Phyosanitary Certificate?

We provide phytosanitary certificate to meet legal regulation of international plants shipment. We will give it for free. We will ship 7 – 14 working days after received order. Because we need to apply phytosanitary certificate and export permit.

How much for shipping cost?

We use low shipping rate DHL. No additional fee for document.

Basic shipping cost to the US around $50. Can fit up to 10 small plants. To the Europe around $60.

We need to recalculate shipping cost base on your orders. For some plants the need bigger package so it cost more expensive.
