For some countries, you need to get an import permit before buy plant from Indonesia or another country. This is really important, because if you don’t have an import permit, the plants that you buy from another country will be held by customs and destroyed.
If the plants are destroyed by customs because the buyer doesn’t have a permit, we can’t give a replacement or a refund. Because it is the buyer’s responsibility to provide us with the permit. We will ask the buyer about an import permit before processing their order.
On this post, we will explain about how to get import permit in your country. This is based on our experience shipping plant around the world.
