How many free plants I will get?
Free plants for every package / invoice is 3. If you adding 5 plants to the cart, you only will get 3 plants for free and 2 plants with regular price. You can check out again with 3 free plants and will be shipped with different package.
How much for shipping?
Shipping to the United States about $80/package. To Europe around $90/package with up to 7 small size plants. You can see basic shipping cost during check out. If you order need bigger package than our regular package, we will notify you via email about the additional shipping cost.
How much for phytosanitary certificate?
You don’t need to pay for the phytosanitary certificate, it’s on us. We didn’t charge for the phyto cert.
Is the platns guaranteed if they died during shipping?
Since we giving the plants for free, we didn’t guaranteed if the plants die during shipping. With experience over 2 years, we believe that they will be came safely.

Do I need an import permit?
Please check into your customs regulations first about an import permit. For some country need to provide an import permit when buy plants from Indonesia. Just like Canada, USA (If you buy more than 12 plants), Malaysia, UAE, Philipines, etc.
