Since March, we have been shipping plants all over the world. We did the shipping procedure as usual (export document and phytosanitary certificate)
Long story short, we think it is because of the import permit. Some importer country makes a new rule that every importer required to get their plant.
Here is the listed country that we can’t ship without an import permit (as October 12, 2021):
- Austria
- Canada
- Malaysia
- Singapore (you need to pay import permit fee when the package arrived in your customs)
- Hawaii
- Philipines
Some countries that don’t need import permits (as of October 12, 2021):
- Belgium
- Denmark
- Finland
- France
- Norway
- Hungary
- Lithuania
- Puerto Rico
- Sweden
- United States of America (if you order less than 12 plants. If more, import permit required)
If you want to order from us, please check your country’s regulations. We don’t take any responsibility if your package is held by customs. We guarantee all dead plants and severe damage that have no chance of survival with plant replacement without shipping cost.
We don’t guarantee minor damage, like yellow or dead leaves. You can check with the customs department in your country about how to process import permits.
