What Our Clients Say

What Our Clients Say. Real feedback from our international buyers

Your plants arrived today, and I couldn’t he happier! Of the 22 plants only 4 didn’t come in perfect! None of them are dead, some just a little sad, but I think they’ll be fine!
I’m going to take good care of them now and looking forward to ordering something (maybe bigger) soon! Thanks a lot from Holland

Mirion

Hello!  I received my anxiously awaited order today.  The black metallic and homalomena have suffered some travel stress, they will probably lose all of their leaves, which is OK.  Roots look good!  New leaves should sprout in a couple weeks.

FAQ

Curious about how we export plants from Indonesia?
Find quick answers about ordering, shipping options, phytosanitary certificates, and more.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We ship to most countries in Asia, Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Africa. If you’re unsure whether we can ship to your country, feel free to contact us.

What shipping options do you offer?

For smaller retail orders, we usually ship via DHL Express for fast and reliable delivery. For some country like Japan and South Korea we use EMS.

For larger wholesale orders, we use air cargo services, which are more economical for bulk shipments.

We can arrange air cargo shipping starting from a minimum of 30 kg, but to get the best shipping rates, we recommend sending at least 45 kg per shipment.
Let us know your order size and destination, and we’ll suggest the most efficient shipping option for you.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

No, we don’t have a strict MOQ. We support both wholesale buyers and retail customers, as long as your country allows the import of live plants.

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Document processing usually takes up to 14 working days, followed by shipping time depending on your chosen delivery method (air or sea freight).

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept international bank transfers and PayPal (a service fee applies). Invoices will be issued after your order is confirmed.

Do you also accept small or retail orders?

Yes! Whether you’re a collector, home gardener, or small shop owner — we can fulfill your order with care.

What types of packaging do you use?

Yes! Whether you’re a collector, home gardener, or small shop owner — we can fulfill your order with care.

Do you provide phytosanitary certificates?

Absolutely. We provide phytosanitary certificates for free, included with every eligible international order.

Why is the phytosanitary certificate free at Labijo?

At Labijo, we don’t charge extra for the phytosanitary certificate because we handle the export process in-house.

We are a legally registered company with our own nursery and an official export license for ornamental and spice plants. Unlike others who rely on third-party agents and add fees, we manage the entire export process ourselves — including phytosanitary inspection — so we can provide it at no additional cost to you.

What kind of packaging do you use?

Our packaging depends on the type of plant and the destination country.

Typically, we use sterilized cocopeat to wrap the roots and cover the foliage with protective paper before placing the plants securely in export-grade boxes.

We also customize the packaging to meet your country’s import requirements. For example, Canada requires tissue as the growing medium — and yes, we can also use sphagnum moss or other media upon request.

Just let us know your preferences, and we’ll prepare the plants accordingly.

Can I request a custom plant list or mix?

Definitely. We offer custom orders based on your needs and seasonal availability. Just send us your list. We also can help you sourcing plants / herb / spices from the farmers.

Do you work with resellers or garden shops?

Yes. We supply garden centers, online sellers, and small resellers around the world.

Can you help me ship plants from my supplier in Indonesia?

Yes, we can help you export plants from your local partner or supplier in Indonesia, as long as we handle both the phytosanitary certificate and the shipping process.

We’re sorry, but we don’t offer standalone phytosanitary services. The certificate must be applied together with the shipment to ensure the plants inspected during quarantine are the exact ones being exported — as required by Indonesian export regulations.

Let us know the details of your supplier, and we’ll be happy to assist with packaging, documentation, and international delivery.
